This legal document governs your access to and use of the ADXPartner.net website, services, applications, and content. Please read it carefully.

Last Updated: 20 January 2026. These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ADXPartner.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ADXPartner.net platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, members, and others who access the Platform. Additional terms may apply to specific services or features, which will be presented to you in connection with those services.

2. Description of Services

ADXPartner.net provides a digital platform designed to facilitate connections and interactions between consenting adults. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Access to informational content and community features.
  • Mobile applications and related software.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and any content you post, transmit, or share. To use our Services, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  2. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  3. Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
  4. Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Copying, scraping, or spidering any content for unauthorized purposes.
  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in the immediate termination of your account and access to the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ADXPartner, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The "ADXPartner" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ADXPartner or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ADXPartner.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest in or to the Platform is transferred to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ADXPartner, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
  • Any content obtained from the Platform.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ADXPARTNER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected.
  • The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • The results of using the Platform will meet your requirements.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Platform shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and ADXPartner regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
